So here we are again

Inspiration taking over

In awe, I breath in

Belonging, I breath out

Letting the rivers run

The mountains mount

And all beings be

Feeling alive

In and out

With and without

Body fullness

Mind at ease

I am me

So breath.

Embrace your body fully.

You are in and of this world.

So. Alive.
