Timing is everything
You are not
Mad at the flower
Because it hasn’t blossomed yet
Know that when the energy aligns
And the Universe conspires
You will get it done
Whatever it is you feel you must do
The right moment will show up
Easiness will envelop you
The flow will inspire you
And all the sudden
You arrived where you wanted
You finished that project
You washed that laundry
Then remind yourself
Never to beat yourself up
Simply because
Timing is everything

Absorbed In The Moment

“A small child has no ambitions, he has no desires. Awaken the wonder in your heart.  Let’s imagine a world in which we do grow up, and we do our daily tasks and activities, but we do it all with an open mind and open heart, always aware of the wonder within, and absorbed in the moment.

Maybe

There is a Taoist story of an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. “Such bad luck,” they said sympathetically. 

“Maybe,” the farmer replied. The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. “How wonderful,” the neighbors exclaimed.

“Maybe,” replied the old man. The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune. “Maybe,” answered the farmer. The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son’s leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out. “Maybe,” said the farmer.
