That Sunday Feeling

“… millions long for immortality who don’t know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.”  ~  Susan Ertz

I sip my coffee as I admire all the birds making sure they get their share of seeds outside.  The kitty sits by me, always attempting to sit on my computer as I type.  Yes, she wants attention…  I pause to kiss her forehead and tell her how much I love her.  My husband enjoys the wood stove and makes sure the house is heated. I love Sunday mornings.  Lazy, relaxing mornings.  We are all together, as a family.  It feels wonderful.

Rest Sunday, rest.  Today I daydream about what’s coming next.  More shots of vibrant daily living moments.  More fun outside plowing and shoveling the beautiful shiny snow.  More birds outside looking for food, more squirrels eating a lot more seeds than we wish they did.  More cold mornings sipping delicious coffee.  More dreaming.  More ideas.  More living.  More creation. More discoveries.  More beautiful people.  More uniqueness.  More joy.

Always trying something new, I am now selling art at Spot (store in Sister Bay, WI). I feel that dreams are made to be lived! 🙂  Still, I know I take baby steps, but they ensure that I am feeling comfortable all the way.  Oh, life.  All we gotta do is reach! At Spot, you will find my art prints, hand-painted glass & ceramic, and you will be able to tell that everything I do, I do it with love.
